Job Description

ABAP Backend Developer (m/f)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: fully remote/home based

Strong experience with:

    • building and integrating OData/REST services
    • ABAP OO
    • Core Data Services
    • JavaScript
    • SAP HANA and SQL
    • Unit Test development
  • integrations to and from other SAP Cloud Products (MDG, AIN, ) and S/4HANA Back End
  • Event Mesh experience is a big plus but not must skill set
  • Team-player, able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve common goal

Additional skillsets would be a plus:

  • S/4Hana organizational model technical expertise
  • Knowledge of Front End programming languages (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with SAP Master Data for Customer, Business Partner, Equipment
  • Cloud Application Programming (CAP), UI5 development experience
  • Integrating with S/4H Subscription Order Management (Solution Quote), Product/Service catalogue in S/4H (BOM)
  • Experience with service request/service order handling
  • Experience in Cloud Fulfilment/SaaS Delivery processes i
  • Experience with SAP Master Data for Customer, Business Partner, Equipment
  • Experience in Cloud Fulfilment/SaaS Delivery processes
  • SAPUI5 UI testing frameworks (QUnit, OPA5, Mock Server, Selenium)

Tasks:

  • Technical implementation of integrations of Determination Logic Layer for Business Partner
  • Understanding and delivering business requirements against the project timeline, working in agile mode
  • Working collaboratively with the project team and other workstreams towards a common solution, consulting with architects and SAP IT product owners
  • Verifying the technical feasibility of assigned backlog items
  • Consulting to propose potential solutions to technical and process problems
  • Customizing of the relevant technical objects necessary for the implementation
  • Post go-live technical support of the delivered software
