Bookkeeper job in Warminster

Your new companyA market-leading design & distribution business are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper.
Your new roleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in Xero and rectify anomalies.
  • Produce accounts to trial balance.
  • Post all Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices onto the CRM software.
  • Enter data, maintain supplier and customer accounts, process expense claims.
  • Assist with processing accounts receivable/payable and payroll when needed.
  • Chase and process expense claims on credit card purchases and reconcile in Xero
What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Xero software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Desirable: AAT Level 3
