Job Description

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant or Purchase Ledger clerk with general accounts experience? If you have experience working in Accounts or Bookkeeping and you are looking to join a growing company, please get in touch or APPLY today.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with purchase and sales ledger queries efficiently
  • Reconciling supplier statements and payment
  • Reconciling bank balances
  • Assisting with transactional processing duties such as posting and raising invoices and credit control
  • Weekly external payroll payments and journals
  • Preparing monthly and annual ledger reconciliations
  • Intercompany journals and recharges
  • Allocation of expenses and credit cards
  • Any other finance duties as required to support the team

Skills and experience required:

  • Fully AAT Qualified (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a similar Accounts/ Purchase Ledger role
  • Experience using Sage 50 (Desirable)
  • Flexible, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
