Accounts Assistant

We're looking for a responsible, efficient Accounts Assistant to help process purchase invoices and complete general office admin.

Responsibilities

Process purchase invoices

Reconcile supplier statements

Input data into Xero accounting system

Update Spreadsheets

Requirements

Microsoft Excel/Outlook experience

Accounts Payable experience

Xero experience an advantage

Attention to detail
