Job Description
The opportunity Nigel Wright is happy to be recruiting for an established manufacturing company, market leaders in their field to recruit for an Office Administrator to join the teamOffice Administration Permanent Full Time - 34hrs per weekBased in Barnsley £24,000Immediate startThe role The purpose of the role is to assist the Operations Manager to provide Administration support due to continued growth within the business. Some of the daily duties will be:
- Based on Reception, meeting any visitors to the site and answering the telephones
- Processing invoices onto the internal systems
- Shipping parcels
- Checking stock levels of office supplies
- General ad hoc administration duties scanning, maintaining filing and general correspondence
- Previous Administration experience - ideally within manufacturing or similar but this is not essential.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills and ability to build a rapport whist providing excellent customer service.
- Flexible and proactive approach when assisting with a variety of task

- 34hr week 4.30pm finish each day & 3.30pm finish on a Friday
