Job Description
EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR - LEYLAND - MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - START ASAP - TEMP - FROM £12PH Taking inbound calls and passing messages on to relevant departments. Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Managing and arranging meetings. Using a variety of different software systems to a high standard. Efficiently filing and record keeping. Ensuring you follow the department's processes and procedures whilst guaranteeing all information is correct. Working alongside other team members to ensure all administration work is completed efficiently and within an allocated time frame.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, you should have strong administration skills, an exceptional telephone manner, excellent in Microsoft packages, including excel and a great desire to help others. Alongside this, the successful candidate must demonstrate high levels of accuracy, be self-motivated and illustrate your own initiative.A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role is essential.
