Administrator

Walkden

£25,000 - £27,000

8am - 4.30pm with an early finish on Friday

Office Angels Manchester are delighted to be working with a small but growing business in Walkden.

Duties in your new job would be:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Data input
  • Using Sage for incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Payroll/managing timesheets
  • Health and Safety paperwork
  • Managing training matrix
  • Any other administration tasks as required

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Sage knowledge/experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Flexible and adaptable as required within a small business
