- Job Type: Part time (Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm)

- Salary: £22,500 FTE
I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to manage our daily office operations and support our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and social media management, with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
Day to Day of the role:- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Develop and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on social media channels.
- Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to track performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with marketing strategies.
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
