Job Description

Are you highly customer focused, have exceptional administrative skills and thrive working in a busy and ever changing environment? If the answer is yes, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you. This organisation is wishing to recruit an Administrator to join their friendly team on an ongoing temporary basis however there may be an opportunity for this to become a permanent position. The successful candidate must be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.

This is a full time temporary opportunity working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis

Duties

  • Filing and data management ,
  • Responding to emails
  • Updating customer systems
  • Reporting repairs
  • General admin
  • Outbound calling to customers

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous customer service and administrative experience and will be able to commence employment immediately
