Hays are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer for a large Public Sector Organisation based in Larne.
Your new role
You will provide general secretarial/administrative support to the DEA Manager within the Community Planning & Development section, to include scheduling meetings, screening telephone calls and emails, respond to routine internal correspondence and prepare outgoing mail taking appropriate actions as required.You will deal with queries from the public and relevant stakeholders in respect of areas of service delivery, including dealing with complaints in line with the customer complaints policy.You will also handle cash as necessary and in line with council procedures.
