Job Description
Sales Administrator Salesforce Expertise: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards Ensure compliance with record-keeping standards Sales Team Support: Enter notes into Salesforce Generate quotes and proposals Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce, including renewals Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing for quotes Register deals with vendors Arrange travel and accommodation for meetings and events Customer and Vendor Communication: Liaise with key customers regarding events Handle smaller renewals for tier 3 customers Complete vendor-specific training for accreditations Update vendors on deal statuses Event and Brand Management: Attend distributor and vendor events to maintain brand visibility Encourage customers to leave reviews for case studies and references Bid Management: Oversee the logistics of bids to ensure timely completion by relevant parties Data Management: Assist with data management for BDM prospecting
