Salary: £39,513 - £48,710 per annum. This position is also eligible for standby hours.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to support our Adult Social Care offering.

We believe passionately in making a difference to the lives of all people who use our Adult Social Care Services. Together with our partner agencies we are working towards a integrated health and social care provision to ensure the islands receive the best services available

This position provides a unique opportunity for an experienced social worker to join a community team providing all aspects of Adult Social Care services in a small island setting.

You will have a strong and demonstrative understanding of preventative services, multi agency working and what it means to provide personalised services. The successful candidate must be open to challenge and ready to innovate. As Adult Social Worker on the Isles of Scilly , you could join a supportive multi-disciplinary environment where you can stretch yourself and others professionally, make an impact individually and deliver positive person centred outcomes.
