We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Co-Founder (future CAIO) (f/m/d) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is the opportunity for you.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones
• Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup
• Oversee and manage ML / LLM model development and deployment
• Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Bridge the gap from strategy to implementation
• Take action in other areas of the venture when and where needed

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of chat- and document-based classification and extraction
• Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Graph / Vector / Relational)
• Expertise with ML Ops, as well as model training, evaluation and deployment cycles
• Deeply interested in applied machine learning use-cases
• Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus
• Previous startup experience is a plus
