J R O Griffiths Ltd seeks an energetic and highly focused Arable Manager(Junior/Senior) to take on a challenging role.

We are a vibrant farming family business in Shropshire with a modern machinery fleet.

• Growing & Harvesting operations for:
• All Combine Crops
• Potatoes
• Vegetables
• Precision Farming & Innovation
• Experience in Arable Farming
• Strong Leadership & Team Working Skills
• A Formal Qualification in Agriculture would be desirable
• BASIS & FACTS qualifications & experience of Gatekeeper preferable but training will be given
• Excellent IT Skills & Understanding GPS
