ASD Teaching Assistant
Location- Canley, Coventry, CV4
Daily Rate- £85-£100 Start Date- 02/09/2024 Contract- Full time (Temp to Perm)
Term time only Supportive SLT & SENCO Ofsted Rated 'Good'
LTF Recruitment are looking for a caring and nurturing SEN teaching assistant to work in our welcoming Primary school in the canley area. This role will involve working on a 1-1 basis with a child in Key Stage Two who has ASD, and non-verbal. The role is offered on a long term basis with the potential to become permanent.
The Ideal candidate:
- Has experience supporting children 1:1
- Has experience or knowledge of supporting child/children with ASD, SLCN, non-verbal.
- Understanding of Key stage Two curriculum
- Experience managing challenging behaviour.
- Has TA qualifications or relevant degree
- Can work as part of a team.
