Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Office Organization : Ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of office operations
- Time Management : Assisting in managing schedules and deadlines efficiently
- Project/Event Support : Providing support for Marketing-related projects and events
- Travel Management : Assisting in coordinating travel arrangements for the Head of & team members
- Creation of Management Presentations : Assisting in preparing presentations for management meetings
- Commercial Apprenticeship or Equivalent : A background in business administration or related field
- Office Organization & Continuous Improvement : Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional and International Collaboration/Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams and across international boundaries
- Functional Expertise in Office 365 : Proficiency in Office 365 applications
- Effective Communication in English : Excellent communication skills in English
