The Fife Arms Hotel in Braemar is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for The Clunie Dining Room and The Drawing Room. Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you are a leader with strong organisational skills. You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences so that they leave us feeling enriched and engaged in our ethos. Being on the floor, engaging with the guests and the team comes naturally to you, as do attention to detail and enhancing the experience at every opportunity.

Our successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:

• Proven experience from within a similar 5-star/luxury hospitality environment.
• The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
• A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
