Atlassian JIRA Consultant

Atlassian JIRA Consultant required for ongoing process & improvement task.

Day to day responsibilities will include -

1. Project configuration
2. Implementation of workflows
3. Implementation of custom solutions
4. Plugin management
5. Installation/migration/upgrade
6. Implementation of automations to minimise the workload
7. Permission management
8. Configuration documentation
9. Knowledge of self-hosted/cloud JIRA solutions
10. Knowledge of self-hosted Confluence solutions

Candidates should have experience in the following -

1. Expert knowledge of JIRA
2. Experience in Testing and with testing tool is an asset
3. Ability to understand the functional and technical design of a given IT system/application;
4. Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and tools is a huge bonus
5. Ability to write/prepare documents
6. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT
7. Minimum 5-6 years of experience with JIRA
8. Experience with Confluence is an asset.
