Job Title: Atlassian Tools Trainer
Location: Remote (Europe Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract

My client are a technology consultancy committed to helping businesses optimize their workflows and project management practices through Atlassian tools. They are searching for an Atlassian Tools Trainer for a miniumu of 6 months to support their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live, interactive, and engaging training sessions for end-users and administrators of Atlassian tools.
• Design and develop customized training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, creating tailored training programs that align with their workflow and business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-training, answering questions and offering troubleshooting assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Atlassian tools administrator/trainer.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian products and good Consulting experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience creating training materials, both written and video-based.
• Fluent English required
