Business Analyst (m/f/x) CRM Services

As the IT of REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 500 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade.

As IT-Business Analyst in CRM-Services, you'll support the international team to develop applications for our Loyalty tools in Austria and CEE countries. In this role you assist our subsidiaries and departments of REWE International with different projects by formulating requirements, designing and implementing the solution into the current IT landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-organized way of working, excellent communication and motivational skills
• 3+ years experience in business analysis/requirements engineering
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Team player (colleagues as well as external partners)
• SQL knowledge is beneficial
