Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Business Change Manager with expertise in Salesforce to drive and manage business transformation initiatives related to Salesforce implementations. This hybrid role focuses on managing change across teams, ensuring seamless adoption, and aligning business processes with the new Salesforce systems. The role is inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the change management process for Salesforce implementations, ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and end-users to understand business needs and define the change strategy.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies.
  • Assess the impact of Salesforce implementations on business processes and identify any potential risks or challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns during the change process.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of new Salesforce features and processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure that business objectives are met and to capture lessons learned for future projects.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Change Manager in Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations, including managing the impact on business processes and teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design and execute training and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage resistance to change effectively.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Additional Information:

  • This is a hybrid role, with both remote work and on-site collaboration required.
  • The role is inside IR35, and compliance with IR35 regulations is mandatory.
