As a Business Development Director for Manufacturing , you are a true hunter, passionate about discovering new business opportunities in the manufacturing, automotive, and mobility sectors. Your deep understanding, extensive network in these industries, and solid knowledge of industrial processes and requirements enable you to develop and successfully deliver innovative and tailored solutions for our clients.

Thanks to your extensive sales experience with a strong focus on service and customer value, you identify opportunities early and execute them strategically. Together with Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Delivery, you manage the entire sales cycle-from the first conversation to successful contract closure-driving the digital transformation of our clients to the next level.

You have a knack for selling IT services, are tech-savvy, and understand the importance of delighting customers with service-oriented solutions. You are also well-versed in nearshore models.

This is you

  • You have a well-established network in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Network in the automotive, transport would be a big plus.
  • You proactively approach new clients and accurately identify their challenges, staying motivated even when faced with setbacks.
  • You have a knack for selling IT services, are tech-savvy, and understand the importance of delighting customers with service-oriented solutions.
  • You are also well-versed in nearshore models.
  • You are empathetic, open-minded, and present yourself confidently.
  • You work independently, are flexible, and think outside the box.
  • You have experience with tenders and negotiating with buying centers.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.

This is your role

  • You will expand our business activities in the DACH market alongside your colleagues by attracting new clients from the Manufacturing sector with our portfolio.
  • You will oversee the entire sales cycle from the initial contact to contract closure in close collaboration with our consulting, pre-sales, and delivery teams at both local and global levels.
  • You will manage your clients independently and strategically develop them based on our comprehensive portfolio.
  • You will participate in planning, preparing, and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • You will orchestrate the proposal process when participating in tenders.
