In Germany within the healthcare industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to product/service essence.

This is you

  1. You have a well-established network in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical technology, biotechnology, and healthcare services.
  2. You are empathetic, open-minded, and present yourself confidently.
  3. You proactively approach new clients and accurately identify their challenges. Even in the face of rejections, you stay motivated.
  4. You have experience in selling IT services and bring a corresponding technological affinity. You are especially familiar with nearshore models.
  5. You work independently, are flexible, and think outside the box.
  6. You have experience with tenders and negotiating with buying centers.
  7. You speak German and English fluently and are able to negotiate in both languages.

This is your role

Together with your colleagues, you will expand our business activities in the DACH market by inspiring new clients in the healthcare and life sciences environment with our portfolio. You will accompany the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract conclusion in close cooperation with our consulting, pre-sales, and delivery teams on both a local and global level. You will independently manage your clients and strategically develop them based on our comprehensive portfolio. You will contribute to the planning, preparation, and implementation of lead generation campaigns. You will orchestrate the proposal process when participating in tenders.
