The role
As the Business Process Analist you support the QA Officer with the implementation of new or improved quality systems, procedures, processes, or technologies. You also provide solutions to mitigate new risks or problems.

Key accountabilities
As the Business Process Analist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the QA Officer with duties from our Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality assurance across the company.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to set up, enhance, and maintain business processes and procedures.

  • Identify Inefficiencies in quality processes and procedures, and propose solutions to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

  • Analyze, review, and evaluate data and processes to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations and decisions for management reviews.

  • Oversee our IMS tools, structures, and templates to ensure effective implementation and maintenance.

  • Evaluate potential risks in quality processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Support Organizational Change by assisting with the implementation of new or improved quality systems, procedures, processes, or technologies.

Skills & experience
To excel as , you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Business & Quality Management, preferably within a technical sector.

  • Solid knowledge of processes, tools, and methods for analyzing and improving processes, quality management tools and practices backed by a certification for quality/organizational excellence, Certified Quality Engineer or similar.

  • Experience working with quality management systems and tools.
  • Experience in working with business analytics software tools like Power BI.
  • Good command of the Dutch & English language (written & verbal).
  • Excellent references antecedents as a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.

  • Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required. Candidates with EU (work) visa or with both an EU and non-EU nationality and/or passport are not eligible in accordance with the requirements imposed by the military nature of our projects.
