Responsibilities:

Develop and produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and Revit models for building service projects.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions.

Coordinate with various disciplines to integrate building service designs into overall project plans.

Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all drawings and models are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.

Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.

Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Ensure compliance with company and client standards, as well as relevant regulations and codes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.

Strong understanding of building services engineering principles.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings and models.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential for entry-level positions.
