BILLA Central and Eastern Europe is part of the REWE Group that manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 900 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our BILLA CEE team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our international stores by advising the country organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a commercial education, ideally a university degree in economics or business administration and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in category management.
• You have good IT skills (MS Office, knowledge of merchandise management systems and databases).
• Good command of English and basic knowledge of German are required.
• High analytical and organizational skills as well as a careful and precise way of working complete your profile.
• You also have assertiveness, negotiating skills and the ability to solve problems and manage conflicts.
