In just a few years, Dellia has become a leading producer of high-quality products in the dried fruit sector across the Nordics, generating a total revenue of 10 M Euro in 2023 and is expecting 23 M Euro in 2024. This year, Dellia is expanding into France, Italy, and Spain. We offer a team of highly specialized experts with extensive hands-on experience in retail, product development, and factory-based manufacturing. This expertise forms the foundation of our two main business areas: private-label production and the development of our own brands.

Dellia is gaining momentum in Germany, with several exciting opportunities and client openings on the horizon. With ambitious growth and development goals for Dellia Germany, we are looking for a CEO who is committed to making a significant impact over the next years.

As demand for our products continues to grow, we are seeking the right person to take on this critical role as CEO for Germany. In a StartUp environment, this role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, but your primary focus will be on driving growth through various commercial and hands-on initiatives.

In this role and on this journey, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and build Dellia in Germany, leveraging the success of our growing business in the Nordics and our proven manufacturing and distribution capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Together with the Danish office develop the sales strategy for the German market and translate it into actionable sales plans.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients to achieve KPIs, including volume, net sales/margin, and strategic projects.
  • Negotiate and implement activities aligned with the company's strategy, maximizing product distribution and managing annual contracts.
  • Recruitment in line with company growth. Lead and develop the team you are going to hire.
  • Collaborate closely with sales agents.
  • Coordinate activities, manage orders, ensure timely deliveries, forecast, analyze customer needs, and track financial KPIs.

Who are we looking for a leader who has

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Experienced in FMCG sales, with a solid network of central buyers in this sector.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role (experience in dried fruits or nuts is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, with excellent business acumen and a results-driven approach.
  • Hands-on approach, while also capable of strategic thinking.
  • Goal-oriented attitude, is self-motivated, and committed to success.
  • Driver's license.
  • Fluent English and German.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
