Mission
As CEO/ General Manager of Taplio & Tweet Hunter, the Personal Brand Division of lempire, your mission is to grow its revenue profitably.
Taplio & Tweet Hunter generate an Annual Recurring Revenues of $6.5 million, with thousands of customers.
We seek someone to take full ownership of Taplio & Tweet Hunter's growth and profitability, building and managing a team from scratch.
You will build and run a team of 5-10 people, but remain highly hands-on in the execution.
This is a unique opportunity to be the CEO of a venture with the financial stability of a salaried position.
Key Results
Within 3 months, you will:
- Demonstrate an impact on revenue trends and hire 2-3 core team members to support the growth.
- Accelerate product development by launching the first features, fixing bugs, and ensuring smooth maintenance of the product (with the support of 1-2 developers).
- Improve the UX/UI of the app to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and adjust pricing strategies & plans as necessary.
- Take charge of the main acquisition channels: affiliation, influencers/sponsorships, paid ads, educational content, website optimisation, and SEO.
- Boost acquisition metrics: traffic, signups, activation rate, and conversion rate.
- Drive content creation on LinkedIn or X (formerly Twitter) that generates high engagement.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' needs/requests and establish feedback loops with Customer Support.
- Build a clear strategic vision and roadmap for both Product and Marketing setting key priorities and outcomes.
- Maintain an EBITDA margin range at 50%.
Within 12 months, you'll have:
- Built strong growth momentum and created a roadmap to scale to $10 million ARR within 3 years.
- Driven significant improvements across all acquisition channels.
- Led and cultivated a high-performing team of 4-5+ individuals, fostering long-term success.
- Maintained an EBITDA margin of 50% (alongside Cash Flow profits, currently at 70%).

Requirements
- Experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and strategy development.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment with a strong understanding of SaaS business models.
- Mastery in project management to drive both tech and marketing roadmaps with high-impact initiatives.
- Doer with a "get things done" mindset-pragmatic and results-driven. You are a hard worker and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing challenges in a proactive and creative manner.
- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional adaptability, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit-you thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate rapid changes with agility and confidence ( mindset).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
