Klar is the Data Operating System for growing eCommerce companies - brands like Snocks, Yfood, Sushi Bikes and many more use Klar as their single source of truth.

We deeply empathise with the struggles of our customers - after having worked most of the last 10 years in e-commerce companies, we know their pain and built Klar to help.

Over the last one and a half years, we focused on building a product that helps our customers.
Now it's time to take Klar off the ground. That's where we are looking for your support in our daily operations, growth initiatives and business coordination of the CEO Office.
You will be involved in a bunch of different topics:
Getting new, high-value initiatives up and running.
Pursuing strategic venture development, conducting continuous market research, and contributing to building up the commercial side.
Working along the entire revenue operations function - from demand generation to closing operations to internal reporting and assessment
Collaborating cross-functional to optimize internal processes and streamline communication.
Responsibilities and ownership from day one - we are just starting to actively push our venture expansion. So there will be lots of room for you to take on ownership and have a real impact in building Klar.
Work with an experienced founding team - previously we co-founded and worked in C-Level positions for companies that are now listed on the NYSE, raised €100m+ or were exited to a strategic investor.
Push you out off your comfort zone - we will challenge you but also teach you guaranteeing a steep learning curve, both personally and professionally, during your time with us.
Exposure to both, B2B SaaS and eCom - we bring the best of both worlds together so you can learn how to grow both types of businesses.
Work from anywhere - we are based in Munich but are building Klar as a distributed-first company. Since we work closely together as a small team every day, we would like you to also work from our office for this role , but for the right person and reason, we are flexible.
You are a true generalist - you can think your way into various areas and connect the dots. You multitask and adapt quickly to evolving priorities, keeping attention to detail.
You are humble & hungry - you don't want the ordinary, you strive for greatness. At the same time you know that you still have a long way to go and are willing to work your butt off to get there. No task is too low for you.
You optimize for growth - you want to go out of your comfort zone and take on responsibilities for things you have never done before. While getting coached from the sidelines.
You speak German and ideally English - Germany is our focus right now but we are available to eCommerce brands globally and are in the starting blocks to expand our focus soon.
Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans, the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate, we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.
Most of the process for this position will be handled by Max (CEO) and Valentine (Founders Associate).
