  • Proven experience in change management, project management, or a related role, preferably within IT portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be part of the Portfolio Management team. The Portfolio Management team is there to facilitate a strong alignment of the IT investments with the Corporate, Strategic and Business Objectives.

The Change Manager/Process Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and implementing change initiatives related to IT portfolio management. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to manage the people, process and tooling side of change to achieve the desired outcome. The Change Manager/Process Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure successful adoption and minimise resistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Develop process documentation, including information flows and governance structures.
  • Create and manage small projects (plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables).
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate change activities into their work backlog.
  • Design and deliver training and workshops to on new processes and governance.
  • Communicate change initiatives effectively to all stakeholders through various channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change within their teams.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change and develop strategies to address it.
  • Ensure that change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget.
