Role & Responsibilities
You will be part of the Portfolio Management team. The Portfolio Management team is there to facilitate a strong alignment of the IT investments with the Corporate, Strategic and Business Objectives.
The Change Manager/Process Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and implementing change initiatives related to IT portfolio management. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to manage the people, process and tooling side of change to achieve the desired outcome. The Change Manager/Process Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure successful adoption and minimise resistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
- Develop process documentation, including information flows and governance structures.
- Create and manage small projects (plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables).
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate change activities into their work backlog.
- Design and deliver training and workshops to on new processes and governance.
- Communicate change initiatives effectively to all stakeholders through various channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change within their teams.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change and develop strategies to address it.
- Ensure that change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget.
