- Contract: Full Time & Permanent - 40 hours per week
- Salary: £32K per annum

The Successful candidate must have a passion for producing top quality dishes and have 2+ years' experience in high quality kitchens. The new member of the team will assist the Sous Chefs in achieving both very successful and consistent Fine Dining Restaurant, Brasserie and Banqueting operations. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and progress your career, whilst being part of a brigade where the team is at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chefs in the development of seasonal menus
- Ensure the smooth running and high level of service of the Fine Dining restaurant, Brasserie and Banqueting operations
- Have a strong team ethic by working in cohesion with all chefs, as well as supervise performance with understanding of communication and teaching skills with Junior members of the brigade
- Work professionally and lead by example, as well as display a high standard of consistency of cooking and knowledge on all sections and areas worked upon
- Be responsible for the quality control of all sections worked upon
- Be aware of good stock control and wastage and have a positive manner when having to deal with problems that arise
- Have excellent knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene practices
- Have an excellent knowledge of allergens
