Chemical Process Operator - Upto £39k, 4/4 shift pattern, Bradford

Your new role as a Specialist Operator
Safe Operations: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment, following standard operating instructions.Process Monitoring: Observe and monitor chemical processes, contributing to quality standards.
Team Alignment: Lead and align team members to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Education: Ideally, you have qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive Attitude: Collaborative, self-motivated, and safety-focused.
  • Industry Experience: Previous work in processing industries, especially within a chemical environment.

You will work a 12.33-hour continuous shift pattern.
Working 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. This pattern repeats seven times, after which there is a further 14-day extended rostered break. All holidays are rostered into the shift pattern.
