Chemistry Teacher - Birmingham

Location: North Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Salary: £120-£180 per day. Dependent on experience.

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join their team. You will play a key role in inspiring students and helping them develop a strong understanding and appreciation of Chemistry.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach engaging and effective Chemistry lessons

Track and evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback

Implement innovative teaching methods

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level.

Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to continuous professional development.
