As the Chief Comms Lead for the Chief Data Office, you will play a crucial role in driving communication efforts across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and make a real impact on the company's global objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of communication plans, aligning them with the overall strategy.
- Create captivating content, translating technical concepts into compelling communication materials.
- Manage virtual communities and town halls, ensuring engaging content delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely and informative communication.
- Assist in organising in-person events and roadshows.
- Measure the success of communication efforts and make necessary adjustments.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication design skills, delivering engaging content across multiple formats.
- Strong ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
- Experience within global organisations and Matrix structures.
- Proven track record of successful communication efforts, preferably in a technical context.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI concepts.
