As the Chief Comms Lead for the Chief Data Office, you will play a crucial role in driving communication efforts across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and make a real impact on the company's global objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of communication plans, aligning them with the overall strategy.
• Create captivating content, translating technical concepts into compelling communication materials.
• Manage virtual communities and town halls, ensuring engaging content delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely and informative communication.
• Assist in organising in-person events and roadshows.
• Measure the success of communication efforts and make necessary adjustments.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication design skills, delivering engaging content across multiple formats.
• Strong ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
• Experience within global organisations and Matrix structures.
• Proven track record of successful communication efforts, preferably in a technical context.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI concepts.
