The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week with some on-call support, and Bank Holidays are classed as normal working days.

The Loddon Foundation is home to 30 children who all have severe autism and complex learning difficulties. The school provides 52-week care and education provision for our children and young people between the ages of 8-19. We are a dedicated, compassionate organisation; highly regarded as pioneers within the special needs education sector.
We are seeking to appoint a full-time CEO to lead our charity. You will be the driving force behind the Foundation providing inspirational leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of a multi-disciplinary team. As CEO, you will work closely with our dedicated Board of Trustees and Charity Leadership Team to ensure the children's safety, wellbeing, and needs are met to the highest standards.
The Loddon Foundation currently operates across two main sites, The Loddon School in Sherfield-on-Loddon, and Field House Barn (our training facility) in Sherborne St John. Our founder, Marion Cornick MBE, pioneered the PROACT-SCIPr-UK philosophy in the UK and brought it to The Loddon School. It continues to drive everything we do today as we support children and train other organisations to implement this proven philosophy.
Applicants must have proven experience in a senior leadership role. Ideally, you will have a background within the education, healthcare, or not-for-profit sectors and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities special needs education and care present. You will be a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and organisational management skills.
