Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction for the company. This role will work closely with the Directors across the business to elevate them to create a collaborative c-suite.
  • Leading and supporting the business as it undergoes a digital transformation
  • Establishing and implementing long-range goals, plans, and policies.
  • Building and managing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Representing the company in the fashion manufacturing industry and broader business community.
  • Overseeing the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Ensuring all company activities align with the vision and values set out by the board.
  • Directing the company's growth and development on a local, national, and international level.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CEO should have:

  • C-suite experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO or COO) for a clothing or apparel manufacturing organisation. This is essential so we won't be able to consider anyone who doesn't have this.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, digital transformation and business development.
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities, with evidence of building and developing a team of c-suite leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Expertise in corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
