Your role as CFO is key to realising our vision and the strategic direction of our company. Your mission includes:

Strategic Financial Planning and Investor Relations
As CFO, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and scalability of our company.

  • Develop and implement a long-term financial strategy to support the company's growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, banks, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and execute financing rounds, including pitch decks, negotiations, and due diligence processes
  • Ensure transparent and accurate investor reporting, including regular updates and presentation of relevant financial metrics
Internal Controlling and Financial Management
Together with our finance team, you will oversee budgeting, business planning, forecasting, annual financial statements, and both internal and external reporting. Using KPIs, you will ensure we achieve our financial and strategic goals while proactively mitigating potential (financial) risks.
  • Build and optimize a robust internal controlling and reporting system
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
  • Take ownership of KPIs to monitor financial performance and guide corporate strategy
  • Act as a sparring partner for the executive team on strategic decisions
  • Analyze new business opportunities and assess their financial impact
  • Support company scaling through process optimization and automation in the finance area
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to drive the company strategy forward

What you bring along
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a C-level position and ideally have already worked as a finance leader in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • You are experienced in strategic financial planning as well as in building and maintaining relationships with investors, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • You are data- and KPI-driven and excel in time and priority management.
  • You are a confident leader who thinks strategically and can communicate complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • You have proven experience in scaling companies, particularly through process optimization and automation in finance.
  • You are highly motivated, goal-driven, and great at working with different teams to achieve overall company goals.
