Specializing in the design, development and industrialization of sustainable electrical solutions, the group brings its 25 years' experience in R&D design to bear across the entire value chain (batteries and intelligent systems, on-board electronics, energy conversion and industrial displays), and supports all professionals in the electrification of their products by providing complete, customized solutions.
As part of the structuring of its team, the Startec Energy Group is looking for its future Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Your role and missions:As Chief Financial Officer, you will play a central role in optimizing our resources and supporting our financial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will supervise the accounting team and be responsible for all the Group's financial and administrative activities. Your main tasks will be to:
- Draw up budgets and forecasts, ensuring the company's profitability.
- Supervise administrative activities and general and cost accounting in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Analyze financial results and propose corrective actions to optimize the company's economic performance.
- Identify, compile and follow up on applications for subsidies and funding.
- Liaise with external partners (banks, subsidizing bodies, tax authorities, statutory auditors, chartered accountants, auditors) to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize financing.
- Manage the accounting team.
- Inform and advise managers.
With a B+5 degree in finance, accounting, management or equivalent (Master's degree in finance, DSCG, or business school with a specialization in finance), you have at least 10 years' experience in a CFO position in industry. To join our team as Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF), we are looking for an experienced, autonomous and structured profile, with in-depth expertise in finance and an acute sense of rigor:
- You master accounting principles and processes, including corporate taxation and legal obligations. You ensure that practices comply with current accounting and tax standards.
- You are perfectly at ease with ERP and accounting software, as well as advanced spreadsheets. Your ease with these tools enables you to structure financial flows efficiently and ensure optimum data reliability.
- Familiar with international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP), you know how to analyze their implications for the company's accounting practices and ensure that they are applied.
- You ensure efficient cash flow management, anticipating needs and optimizing resources. You have advanced financial analysis skills to identify and exploit performance levers.
- Your attention to detail and ability to structure priorities ensure accurate and reliable monitoring of financial activities.
- You know how to interpret financial data and turn them into concrete, strategic recommendations for management, enabling you to make an active contribution to decision-making.
- You are able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and ensure the security of financial data.
- You communicate clearly and anticipate the company's needs by proposing innovative solutions adapted to the situations encountered.
- You take full responsibility for the decisions you make, in line with the company's objectives.
- You are able to evolve in complex and sometimes uncertain situations, maintaining a clear and structured vision of your missions, while adapting to the diversity of the professional environment.
This position is for a professional capable of combining operational technical expertise, strategic analysis and leadership to effectively manage all financial and administrative aspects of the company.
Terms:Permanent contract
Working hours: 39h/week
Start-up date: as soon as possible
Remuneration: between €55K and €70K depending on profile.
