Burson France is a market leader with 120 people specialized in all expertise, serving clients across all industries in their reputation stakes, in building and protecting their image. We are seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer to join our Leadership team. If you're a seasoned business development professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation, this is a great opportunity to lead and make a significant impact.
As our Chief Growth Officer, you'll have the chance to drive our business development strategy at the highest level, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a pivotal leadership position where your efforts will directly influence the trajectory of our growth in the French market and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a robust business development strategy that aligns with our global and EMEA growth objectives, ensuring Burson France remains at the forefront of our industry.
- New Business Development: Take the lead in expanding our client portfolio by sourcing new business opportunities, organizing chemistry meetings, and showcasing our products and technological tools.
- Pitch Excellence: Manage the entire RFP process, from briefing to mobilizing top talent for pitches, ensuring every pitch is strategic, polished, and compelling.
- Growth Community Leadership: Animate and lead the Growth community in France, represent Burson France in EMEA-wide Growth Community calls, and forge strong relationships with other WPP France agencies.

- Experienced Leader: You bring a wealth of experience in business development within integrated communications or advertising agencies.
- Global Perspective: Fluent in English, you're comfortable and experienced working in an international environment, ready to navigate and thrive in a global marketplace.
