Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our global operations and drive strategic initiatives across multiple continents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background in real estate brokerage, a keen understanding of financial management, and a proven ability to motivate teams, optimize sales performance, and deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic oversight of day-to-day operations across Europe, Indonesia, and the GCC/MENA region.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness to maximize profitability and maintain financial health.
- Manage financial performance and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial metrics and analyze profit and loss statements to inform decision-making.
- Implement cost-effective measures and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of regional managers and operational staff.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support business growth objectives.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Align operational activities with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in a senior leadership role within the real estate brokerage industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams in a global and multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving performance improvement and achieving business results.
