Job Title: Chief Information Officer

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in the office per week)

Salary: £130,000 - £160,000 + Package

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead corporate and business platform IT strategy and transformation on a global scale. This role will focus primarily on transformation initiatives, with a particular emphasis on completing and advancing SAP and ERP Solution Deployment projects. The CIO will oversee critical infrastructure areas, including digital advertising, field infrastructure, screen computing, and R&D initiatives, such as weather and pollution systems and street-level computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive ongoing and upcoming transformation projects, with a primary focus on SAP and ERP Solution Deployment.
• Oversee corporate IT and service delivery for UK operations, with additional responsibility for digital advertising and infrastructure, screen computing, and R&D in emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with teams globally, especially in France, where 2/3 of the role's responsibilities are focused.
• Lead the strategic development of the 2025 roadmap amidst a hiring freeze on other roles, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Manage a team of four direct reports, providing direction, development, and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a CIO or senior IT leadership role, ideally within a global organization.
• Strong background in SAP, ERP, and IT infrastructure deployment.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT transformations and implementing advanced technology solutions.
• Knowledge of digital advertising infrastructure and R&D projects related to weather, pollution, and street systems is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate globally.
