Job Description

Zscaler's Customer Experience and Transformation practice is a 'white-glove' service team that enables sales teams to accelerate campaigns and provides strategic positioning through expertise and C-level programs.

The CISO in Residence will contribute to our pre and post-sales engagements with corporate CISOs and their teams to understand their current challenges, share best practices, identify opportunities for Zscaler, and secure internal Zscaler resources. You will be a well-networked and leading voice within the region and you will increase expertise in these areas through speaking engagements, media appearances, and published articles.

We're looking for an experienced CISO in Residence to join our Customer Experience and Transformation practice. Remote-based and reporting to the Global Vice President, you will:

  • Engage with CISOs and security executives
  • Articulate Zscaler value proposition for security
  • Write security architectural documents to guide customer solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Security Research teams to enhance Zscaler's internal and product security
  • Up to 70% travel
What We're Looking for
  • You will have 10+ years of experience working in and managing corporate security teams or having equivalent experience as a security leader
  • You will have 10+ years of experience building corporate security strategy or transformational change encompassing people, processes and technology
  • You will have technical security knowledge and you can explain and demonstrate threats and exploits
