Description

• You support the implementation of the claims strategy in order to achieve the overall business objectives.
• You investigate and handle specialist and complex claims, providing excellent claims service.
• You identify and investigate coverage.
• You identify opportunities for subrogation and redress and ensure that action is taken where possible.
• You handle claims with the intention of resolving them.
• You support the development of internal and external relationships.
• You support the development of relationships with underwriters.
• You respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the agreements made for this purpose.
• You support the claims manager in producing the necessary reports.
• You keep your knowledge of the claims portfolio up to date and provide information on request to ensure effective monitoring of claims and to substantiate decisions.
• You make reservations on time and accurately.
