About The Role

This isn't just a job; it's an invitation to co-own and scale a marketing powerhouse with us! As our Cofounder (preferably female) with investments, you'll be the face of The Growth Mantra, leading client acquisition, building powerful client relationships, and driving brand visibility. You'll work side-by-side with our founder to shape and execute strategies that deliver measurable growth for our clients.

What You'll Bring To The Growth Mantra

• Marketing Magic & Business Instincts: You've been in the trenches of a marketing agency or a startup, ideally as a business growth head, client services lead, or business development pro. Maybe you've even founded your own marketing or startup venture! You know the challenges that startups face, and more importantly, you know how to solve them creatively.
• A Spark for Connections: Networking is your superpower! You're a pro at engaging potential clients and creating lasting relationships. Social media? Networking events? You've got it covered.
• Creative Vision & Growth Passion: You're bursting with fresh ideas and have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing. Whether it's growth hacking or personalized client pitches, you know how to make it happen.
• A Collaborative Spirit: This role is all about working together to grow a business. You thrive in a team and can't wait to build something meaningful alongside an experienced growth leader.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and attract high-value clients, crafting custom pitches that showcase the magic of The Growth Mantra.
• Implement and lead strategies to drive client acquisition and retention across channels, leveraging LinkedIn, partnerships, and your network.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, exceeding their expectations and creating value-driven partnerships.
• Lead pitches, meetings, and presentations that show off our unique value, securing trust and loyalty with every interaction.

Brand Evangelism & Marketing

• Represent The Growth Mantra with pride! Promote our services across social media, virtual events, and industry forums.
• Co-create marketing strategies with Arun to boost visibility and build a memorable brand image.

Strategic Growth & Future Vision

• Shape our business strategy, develop new service offerings, and discover growth opportunities that keep us at the cutting edge.
• Play a pivotal role in operational decisions and branding that shape the future of The Growth Mantra.
