Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner, to join a diagnostics company, in this remote position with visits to their site in Burgess Hill and customers assigned, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
From £20.00-£37.00 per hour PAYE or £26.53- £40.00 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35).

Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner:
- You will be enabling commercial and operational success through collaborative working on administrative aspects.
- Included in the administration - planning, scheduling, data review and preparation, reports, contract amendments and system change requests.
- You will provide great customer experience through exceptional communication, collaboration, attention to detail, prioritisation and working under pressure.
Your Background:
- Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Proactive approach and a positive can-do mindset.
- React responsively and in a timely manner to queries and issues.
- Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably
- Willing to learn and be challenged, self driven and motivated, capable of working with autonomy and assessing when to involve management support.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills backed up by analytical capability and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Teamplayer in a matrix with the ability to influence team member activities without direct authority and across internal functions to achieve objectives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
