Job Description
Our client is breaking into the website building space and bringing it to a whole new level.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth and boost profitability.
- Oversee sales and marketing teams to create and run effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams and strengthen market position.
- Collaborate with the Research team to develop detailed business plans for commercial opportunities, including expansion and business development.
- Understand existing customer requirements to ensure their needs are met in coordination with other teams.
- Acquire new customers and manage relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Track the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare management reports.
- Assist in setting financial targets and monitoring progress.
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a commercial director or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and/or marketing and managing key client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of market research methods and analysis.
- Strong understanding of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Commercial acumen combined with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building robust relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, adept at analyzing market trends and data to formulate effective commercial strategies.
- Financial proficiency, with experience managing budgets and financial performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation skills for developing and managing commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business priorities.
