Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing international business. Our client is currently in the market to appoint a Commercial Director to spearhead and grow their distribution network.
KEY DUTIES:- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and visit potential customers for new business.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends.
- Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
- Use stock and sales information in order to anticipate monthly demands.
- Able to travel to Trade Shows.
- Lead and develop the current Sales Team.
- Develop new business.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
The ideal candidate will be coming from a strong account management background within the health and beauty industry.
