We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in our finance department, taking on a broad range of responsibilities that encompass finance, legal, compliance, and commercial contracting tasks.

We want you to:
  • Oversee the financial operations around the company's intellectual property, including licensing, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the group's insurance policies to ensure appropriate coverage and protection.
  • Ensure all financial and business practices comply with legal regulations and company standards.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and legal risks associated with commercial activities.
  • Work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and legal, to provide financial insights and support business strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance financial and legal efficiency within the organization.
This job might be for you if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Strong financial and legal background with substantial experience in finance and commercial contracting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
