COMMERCIAL MANAGER - INITIAL 5 MONTH - OUTSIDE IR35

Loriens leading Glasgow based Public Sector client is looking for an highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their team on an initial 5 month contract.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing contracts and identifying compliance issues.
• Must be able to review and interpret contracts to understand the obligations, rights, and responsibilities of all parties.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet their obligations and the terms and conditions are fulfilled.
• Identify potential risks related to contract performance and compliance, and recommend solutions to mitigate those risks.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract activities, including compliance documentation, audit reports, and correspondence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts and compliance projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
