Commercial Officer | Engineering Consultancy | UK Wide (Hybrid) | £35 - 60,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a leading engineering consultancy in their search for two Commercial Officers to join their team.

Joining the rapidly growing defence team you will be supporting the team with a wide range of commercial tasks such as reviewing and drafting agreements including prime and subcontracts, NDAs and MOUs.

Experience required:

• Degree educated - ideally in law/business studies/engineering/science/technology.
• Experience in sales and procurement commercial management.
• Strong analytical skills - able to contractual wording.
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior
• Organised, ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of contractual documents including NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, sub- and prime contracts used in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of industry and government contracts - NEC3, NEC4 with AWE or defence contracts would be highly desirable.
